Each On-Target Accountability Package includes a 15-30 minute introductory email or Skype session where we look at what's working and what's not, based on what you want most for yourself. Regardless of the package you choose, you agree to put yourself under the microscope, and into the fire for 30 days. Contact occurs primarily via email, though we are happy to use apps and other technologies to serve you better. Each email will contain specific directions, reminders, action plans, and tracking tools to support you throughout the month. You must also respond to each email within 24 hours. Your response formula may include, but is not limited to: reporting your progress, challenges, successes and surprises. This could be as simple as filling out a personalized survey, completing a check-list, or entering key progress points into an app. You will get a sample of one of our electronic tools when you sign up for one of the On-Target Accountability packages. Give yourself at least 10 minutes to complete the registration intake form when making your purchase. Your responses and all communications will be kept in strict confidence. The intake form gives us a platform to present you with different solutions during our introductory session, and allows us to get right to the point during this time.
On-Target: Once Weekly Accountability Services
Whether you need help developing a healthy new habit, or kicking a bad one, having someone to hold you accountable each week is a formidable means for making changes that last. Time requirement: 10-30 minutes*, once per week.
On-Target Triple Time: Accountability Services Three days each week
If you need just a little wiggle room, and often feel like you need space or time to adjust to new ways of living, having someone hold you accountable on a semi-daily basis (three days per week) is perfect for making changes that last. Time requirement: 6-12 minutes*, three days per week.
