A combination of aerobic activity, strengthening, stretching and relaxation come together to give you everything you need in one 60-minutes class! Join us every Thursday for the month of February, where you'll get a taste of circuit training, weight-lifting, yoga, pilates and vitality classes all in one. We meet at 6:00 pm in the gym at 300 Innovation Drive. No previous experience necessary! Impact is optional.
