The perfect mix of stillness and effort, this class is designed to teach you how to use a variety of yoga poses to enhance relaxation, strength, and flexibility. Each class will showcase a different style of yoga: restorative (yin), power (yang), hatha, flow (Vinyasa), and Blend (a mix of 2-3 styles carefully blended to meet the needs of all in attendance).
