Dragging your feet lately? Have you reached a plateau? Put that spring back in your step with this therapeutic class for your lower body. For the month of January, we will practice a variety of techniques and exercises designed to relieve pain, restore strength, and regain your range of motion. This lower body class will improve blood flow and balance as we love on your toes, feet and ankles (Jan 2nd+9th), lower leg/knees (16th+23rd), and upper leg (23rd+30th) like never before.
