Vitality Class: Core and Hips

Sore back? Tight hips? Bring vitality back to your spine and hips with this therapeutic class.  Come and practice a variety of techniques and exercises designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve core stability.  This class will leave you walking taller, breathing better, and feeling more connected to your core. Feb 6th, 13th (hips +lower back), 20th and 27th (core, + mid back).
