Vitality Class: Part 1 - Lower Body

Dragging your feet lately? Have you reached a plateau? Put that spring back in your step with this therapeutic class for your lower body.  Come and practice a variety of techniques and exercises designed to relieve pain, restore strength, and regain your range of motion.  This lower body class will improve blood flow and balance as we love on your toes, ankles, and knees like never before.
